At HiViz Workwear, we operate as a direct dispatch or drop shipment business, partnering closely with our suppliers to offer competitive pricing and a broad range of products online. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping:

Direct Dispatch:

  • Most orders are shipped directly from our suppliers, reducing shipping times.
  • Some items are shipped from our warehouse after being ordered from the supplier.

  • Big & Bulky items will have special shipping rates displayed at checkout.

  • Decorated garments may incur additional delivery costs based on weight, communicated during quoting.

  1. Delivery Conditions:

    • Deliveries are made on business days only; no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
    • All deliveries require Correct full address, parcels will not be left unattended unless specified by the customer.
  2. Delivery Timeframe:

    • Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days.
    • Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, remote locations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Pre-Order Items:

    • Pre-order item dates are estimates; delays of up to a week may occur.
    • Orders with pre-order items will ship together upon availability. Separate orders are required for immediate shipment of non-preorder items.

Returns

  1. Return Policy:

    • No Returns Accepted on Clearance or Special Order Items.
    • Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
    • A restocking fee of $25 or 15% (whichever is greater) applies, covering return costs to suppliers.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags and manuals intact.
    • Attach a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
    • Postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the sender.
  2. Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original delivery costs.
    • If the original purchase included free delivery, the cost of delivery will still be deducted from the refund.
    • All returns must be received within 2 weeks of approval to avoid rejection.
  3. Faulty Goods:

    • Contact us to discuss faults and warranty terms.
    • Postage for faulty goods returns is the sender’s responsibility.
    • Depending on the fault, we may arrange repair, exchange, or store credit upon approval and proof of purchase.
  4. Australian Consumer Law:

    • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
